homo(sapiens) is a visual and bodily work in which authenticity is permeated and polarities coexist.

The work discusses the relationship between identity and achievement by exploring human basic somatic processes. What happens when deep authentic somatic processes meet external elements and artificial form? By proposing another beingness, homo(sapiens) explores vibrations. According to Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen (2018), vibrations are something that precede life and support all living forms. These create and recreate form. Vibrations are the movement you sense when you are still and the sound you hear when you are silent. It is through vibrations that we experience our place within this field of existence.

homo(sapiens) questions the achievement-oriented society where achievement has become our identity and the being, the humanness, has been forgotten.
